This page manages the Firestore profile for users that already exist in Firebase Authentication.

Link or provision this Portal user in each Atelier app. Existing app accounts are reused; missing profiles are created automatically.

Atelier BooksBooks username/login. If missing, Portal will create a Books profile automatically.

Linked Books login

Atelier FlowFlow username. If missing, Portal will create a Flow profile automatically.

Linked Flow login

Changing a linked login does not change the user’s role inside Books or Flow. The target app remains the authority for permissions.
